Client Services hours of operation
Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 7:00 pm ET and Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm ET

Navicure’s® billing and payment solutions are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, except for scheduled maintenance every Saturday from 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM. Clients will be notified via the Message Center of any additional down time.
